.1. Inspection & Damage Claims
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery to report the issue. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items based on change of mind or non-quality-related reasons.

2. Our Commitment for Quality Issues
If your item has a manufacturing defect or damage incurred before delivery, we will happily offer a free replacement of the same product or a full refund. To initiate a return for quality issues, please email us at: services@innblac.com.

3. Information Required for Processing
To help us process your request quickly, please provide the following information in your email:

Order Number

Tracking Number

Product SKU, Color, and Size

A detailed description and clear photos of the damage/defect

Your phone number and email address

4. Important Return Instructions
All returns must be pre-approved by our INNBLAC customer service team. Please do not ship the return back without prior authorization. Any unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Recommendation
We strongly recommend that you inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

6.Custom & Sample Order Policy
All custom-made products, personalized items and custom sampling orders are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Customers shall provide final design drafts, specifications and confirmation before sample production.
Once production or sampling begins, no cancellation, modification or refund request will be accepted.
