Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery to report the issue. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items based on change of mind or non-quality-related reasons.

4. Important Return Instructions
All returns must be pre-approved by our INNBLAC customer service team. Please do not ship the return back without prior authorization. Any unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund.
